Zircon in Traditional Chinese Medicine
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), certain stones are said to have healing effects. The type of effect differs depending on the color, crystal structure and origin of the stone. In addition, the mineral class and trace elements contained can influence the healing effect.

Zircon - effect on a spiritual level
In traditional Chinese medicine, zircon is said to have a harmonizing effect. It should bring body, mind and soul into harmony and help to process losses. It is also used against negative feelings such as hatred and feelings of inferiority. Clairvoyant dreams are said to be encouraged by zircon.
Zircon - effect on a physical level
On a physical level, zircon is said to have an effect on the kidneys, liver, bone tissue and muscles. Since it is supposed to soothe the mucous membranes, it is often used for colds, allergies and respiratory problems. In addition, it has a pain-relieving and antispasmodic effect in TCM.
Zircon application
Zircon can be placed on the body, observing the organ clock, or used as an elixir or healing stone water. It can also be used meditatively (as part of a stone circle).
Zircon - care
Zircon should be cleaned under running water once a week and discharged with hematite. The charging should take place in a rock crystal group - if possible for several hours.
